- Automatic Waters with climate control in each stall with counters to assess how much your horse is drinking
- 200x80 indoor riding arena with a premium, brand new dust free sand footing
- 200x150 outdoor riding arena with a sand racetrack blend footing
- Large center isle with overhead fans for circulation and fly control
- Indoor and outdoor wash rack with hot and cold water
- Climate-controlled viewing room with restroom and changing room
- Spacious and clean tack room with heater
- Clean Feed Room with heater
- Open field space for leisurely riding or training
